We will also work with Lightroom once. Breakfast is provided at the hotel every day. All entrance fees and transportation are included, unless otherwise stated. In principle, all hotels have a swimming pool and air conditioning in the rooms.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 1 \u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Flight from Amsterdam to Colombo (probably March 6, 2026)<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 2 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Arrival in Negombo. Monique will welcome you with a demo. Tonight, we will enjoy the sunset at the beach.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 3 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Visit to the fish market, where we can also take some nice portrait photos. We will visit a turtle sanctuary along the way and enjoy a fun boat safari.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 4 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Sunrise in Mirissa, macro photography, time at the beach, or an option to spot whales and\/or dolphins. We will photograph the pole fishermen in the surf.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 5 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Relax at the beach for a bit. We will visit Galle Fort, the church, and the lighthouse. You can also take beautiful street photos here. We will photograph the sunset at the lighthouse.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 6 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0A meeting with lots of bats. Jeep safari in Yala National Park, where we will definitely spot elephants and maybe even a sloth bear or leopard.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 7 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Jeep safari in Bundala National Park, the most beautiful bird park in Sri Lanka. We will also work with Lightroom for a bit.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 8 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0We will visit an elephant sanctuary with many baby elephants. Another jeep safari will follow, this time in Udawalawe National Park. Afterward, we will head to Ella.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 9 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Today, we will take a beautiful train ride, and this Saturday evening, we will relax in Ella.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 10\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> We will visit the Nine Arches Bridge, climb Mini Adam&#8217;s Peak, and go to a waterfall where, after taking photos, we can also swim (or dip).<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 11\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> Visit to the tea factory, tea plantations, and meet the tea pickers. Then, we will head to Kandy, with stops along the way whenever we encounter something special.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 12 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Today, we will visit the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy. Afterward, we will explore the impressive Dambulla Cave Temple.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 13 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Early climb of Pidurangala Rock for sunrise lovers, with a great view of Sigiriya. In the afternoon, we will go on a village tour, including an authentic lunch in a village house.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 14\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> Today, we will explore Polonnaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage site rich in history and Buddha statues. Here, we can capture beautiful cultural photographs. In the afternoon, we will go on a jeep safari in Minneriya or the adjacent park, depending on where the elephants are.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 15 <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Transportation to Colombo, where we will take a short city tour and visit the local market and the Gangaramaya Temple.<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">Day 16\u00a0<\/span><\/strong> Check out at 11:00 AM. Day 3 \u00a0Visit to the fish market, where we can also take some nice portrait photos. We will visit a turtle sanctuary along the way and enjoy a fun boat safari. Day 4 \u00a0Sunrise in Mirissa, macro photography, time at the beach, or an option to spot whales and\/or dolphins. We will photograph the pole fishermen in the surf. Day 5 \u00a0Relax at the beach for a bit. We will visit Galle Fort, the church, and the lighthouse. You can also take beautiful street photos here. We will photograph the sunset at the lighthouse. Day 6 \u00a0A meeting with lots of bats. Jeep safari in Yala National Park, where we will definitely spot elephants and maybe even a sloth bear or leopard. Day 7 \u00a0Jeep safari in Bundala National Park, the most beautiful bird park in Sri Lanka. We will also work with Lightroom for a bit. Day 8 \u00a0We will visit an elephant sanctuary with many baby elephants. Another jeep safari will follow, this time in Udawalawe National Park. Afterward, we will head to Ella. Day 9 \u00a0Today, we will take a beautiful train ride, and this Saturday evening, we will relax in Ella. Day 10\u00a0 We will visit the Nine Arches Bridge, climb Mini Adam&#8217;s Peak, and go to a waterfall where, after taking photos, we can also swim (or dip). Day 11\u00a0 Visit to the tea factory, tea plantations, and meet the tea pickers. Then, we will head to Kandy, with stops along the way whenever we encounter something special. Day 12 \u00a0Today, we will visit the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy. Afterward, we will explore the impressive Dambulla Cave Temple. In the afternoon, we will go on a jeep safari in Minneriya or the adjacent park, depending on where the elephants are.
